How does it work?

I source reliable suppliers for the specific items you want and negotiate competitive prices on your behalf. Once I receive quotations, I calculate the full landing cost so you understand the total amount required to get the goods to your location.

If needed, we can adjust quantities to fit your budget and business goals before you proceed. Once you are comfortable with the final selection, I handle the entire purchasing process for you.

This includes placing the order, conducting quality checks, repacking and organizing shipping to your destination. You’ll be kept informed at each stage, so you have full visibility, while I manage the operational side and you focus on growing your business.

Shipping is arranged directly to your chosen destination to the closest warehouse or to your door depending on the country, and final delivery payments can be made upon collection for Zimbabwe & Zambia.

What are your charges?

1. Sourcing & Quotation

$10 per quote (up to 10 item type per quote) e.g. 20 pieces black Nike sneakers would be considered 1 item type. This includes identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating prices, and preparing a detailed cost breakdown.

2. Purchasing & Order Management

15% of the total purchasing cost
This covers full order management: supplier coordination, purchasing, quality checks, consolidation, and shipping arrangements.

Shipping fees vary depending on destination, weight, and volume. Below is an example for Zimbabwe (duty & clearance included):

🚢 Sea Shipping

$55 per 0.1 CBM(cubic meter). Estimated delivery: up to 65 days
